They are so versatile and simple to prepare that I cannot help it.. and moreover everyone loves them.
But this time also a news… after getting inspiration on Amy Atlas’ site, I prepared also a meringue version with pistachio, but instead of using cinnamon- as in the original recipe- I used vanilla.
They came out so well … and good… I am not sure yet how I will present them on the buffet, but after I finished them I realized that they could be also a very nice favor for your guests.. maybe given in a box like this one…
